Landscape Services Process
Landscapes For All Seasons offers a complete line of landscape services.
Initial Contact
When you call Landscapes For All Seasons, we will discuss your project to to make sure we understand your needs for your landscaping, where you are located and how your heard about us. We will ask for your e-mail so we can send you a Landscape Questionnaire that will enable us to understand your vision and style.
On-Site Consultation
We will personally meet with you to get your ideas and a better understanding of your goals for your landscaping. We will go over the Landscape Questionnaire and give you professional input based on your needs. We will discuss design options, or proceed directly to creating a proposal for work discussed.
Design Service Agreement
After reviewing your specific needs and scope of work, Landscapes For All Seasons will submit a proposal for design services for your approval. Once the signed proposal is returned to us along with a retainer fee, we will begin the design process.
Site Analysis
We will take pictures of the proposed project areas and take measurements as needed. We will determine how sun/shade affects the proposed areas.
Concept Plan
We will take the information gathered in our design consultation along with information from the Landscape Questionnaire and create a computer photo image, or a sketch, that will illustrate what we propose. Next we will meet with you to discuss our Concept Plan and to obtain feedback from you. Revisions can then be made as necessary.
Construction Contract
Once the Concept Plan has been approved, we will prepare a proposal for the installation of your new new landscaping project. We will schedule your job and order materials when we receive your signed contract and deposit. Construction typically begins within the month after contract acceptance based on weather conditions and time of the year.
Installation
The owners of Landscapes For All Seasons will be closely involved with every detail of your project. Our installation team consists of highly skilled craftsmen and trained installers who take pride in their work. When we start your installation, we will place a sign at the road in front of your property. This will make it easier for deliveries and shows pride in our work.The owners will always be your primary contact if you have any questions during the construction process. Large projects will typically require progress payments as certain elements of construction are completed. We use a project management system that ensures that every detail is accounted for and sequenced for the most efficient and timely installation.
Additional Work Requests
Any request for additional work will be handled by a Change Order identifying details to ensure we know exactly what you want..
Project Completion Walk-Thru
We will meet with you on-site to walk through the completed project and answer any questions you may have. Anything noted that requires attention will be resolved promptly. Our goal is to make sure you are a satisfied customer. We will continue to follow-up with you after 30 days, 90 days, 1 year.
